The AI does not store your photo beyond what is needed to complete the image generation. Photos and generated artwork are stored on secure cloud infrastructure and are not used to train AI models.

AI-generated artwork is produced by automated algorithms and may not always perfectly reproduce every detail of the original photo. Results vary based on photo quality, composition, and the selected style.

You may use the generated artwork for personal purposes including display, sharing, and ordering physical products. The degree of copyright protection for AI-generated output varies by jurisdiction.

Mofio does not claim ownership of your original photos. The AI transforms your input into a new output, but your original image rights remain yours.
