Artwork creation uses a credit-based system. Each artwork creation consumes 10 credits. New users receive 50 trial credits that expire after 14 days. Purchased credits do not expire. Trial and purchased credits produce the same output quality.

Once credits are consumed for an artwork creation, they are non-refundable except in cases of platform-side failure. If generation fails due to a system error, credits will be returned automatically.

Physical products (poster, framed poster, canvas, mug) are produced by a third-party print partner. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Cancellation may be possible before production begins but is not guaranteed once production starts.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. You receive a license to use the AI-generated artwork for personal purposes, including printing, display, and sharing. The AI-generated output itself is produced by automated means and may have limited copyright protection depending on your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo. Do not upload images that infringe on others' rights, contain illegal content, or violate applicable laws.

Public sharing is opt-in. You control which artworks are shared via public URLs. You may disable sharing at any time, which will make the share page inaccessible.

Mofio reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email.
