Mofio collects and processes the following categories of data: (a) pet photos you upload, (b) AI-generated artwork derived from those photos, (c) shipping name and address, (d) payment-linked information processed by our payment provider, and (e) usage analytics such as page views and conversion events.

We use this data solely to provide the service: creating artwork, fulfilling print orders, and improving the product. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Public sharing is opt-in. When you choose to share, Mofio generates a public page showing only the finished artwork and the pet name you optionally provide. The original uploaded photo, shipping address, and account details are never exposed on share pages.

Third-party processors are limited to vendors required for hosting, payment processing, print fulfillment, analytics, and customer support. Each processor is contractually obligated to process data only as instructed.

Uploaded photos are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support. AI-generated artwork is stored to fulfill orders and service continuity.

Mofio is operated from Japan. Data may be processed in jurisdictions where our vendors operate. By using the service, you consent to such transfers.
